We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so under Article 37 GDPR.

2. What data we collect and why

**Contact enquiries.** When you contact us by form, email or phone, we process the name, email address, phone number and any other information you choose to provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting business relationship.

*Legal basis:* Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

**Server logs.** Our hosting infrastructure automatically records technical data including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, and the date and time of access. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and to detect abuse.

**Analytics and usage measurement.** Subject to your consent, we use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. These are described in Section 4 and in our Cookie Policy.

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.

3. Hosting and infrastructure

This website is hosted on **Google Firebase** infrastructure, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are additionally covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

4. Analytics tools

**Microsoft Clarity.** We use Microsoft Clarity, a product of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, to understand how visitors interact with our site. Clarity records behavioural data including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and page interactions, and may reconstruct anonymised session replays and generate heatmaps. This data is used to improve our website and services.

Clarity is only loaded after you give consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via our cookie settings. Microsoft may transfer data outside the EEA; such transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses. See Microsoft's privacy statement at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

All processors act under written data processing agreements meeting Article 28 GDPR requirements. We do not sell personal data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • **access** the personal data we hold about you (Article 15);
  • **rectify** inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16);
  • **erasure** of your data (Article 17);
  • **restrict** processing in certain circumstances (Article 18);
  • **data portability** — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Article 20);
  • **object** to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21);
  • **withdraw consent** at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (Article 7(3)).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and restricting access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
