I can't hear the music

Check that the speaker button in Brushie's top corner shows sound waves rather than a line through it, and that your iPhone's volume is turned up. Brushie plays its music even when your iPhone is set to silent.

The screen turned off while brushing

Brushie keeps the screen on while the timer is counting down. When the two minutes are up, or when you stop the timer, your iPhone goes back to its normal auto-lock setting.

A phone call interrupted brushing

Brushie pauses automatically during a call and usually carries on by itself when the call ends. If it doesn't, press Start to begin a fresh two minutes.

Does Brushie need the internet?

No. Brushie works completely offline and collects no data.

Which languages does Brushie speak?

English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Arabic and Persian. Brushie follows your iPhone's language setting.

Privacy
